Business growth & turnaround
Business development, commercial strategy and turning round organisations that have lost their way, from boardroom plan to day-to-day delivery.
Strenua helps organisations in sport, the third sector and business grow, plan and perform. And since 2006 we have run a network of freelance analysts collecting football data at grounds across Scotland.
Since 2003 Strenua has worked with football clubs, governing bodies, charities and companies of all sizes, bringing an entrepreneurial approach and a commitment to doing things properly, for the benefit of everyone from the shareholders to the local community.
Business development, commercial strategy and turning round organisations that have lost their way, from boardroom plan to day-to-day delivery.
Strategic planning, operational effectiveness, compliance and quality assurance, and managing capital projects from first plan to completion.
Setting up and structuring charities and community trusts, income generation and fundraising, and building the partnerships that keep them going.
Leadership coaching and mentoring for chief executives, boards and managers, drawn from running clubs, leagues and companies ourselves.
Building and sustaining a new charity for Greenock Morton and the people of Inverclyde: setting up the trust, its structure and its income, so the club's work in the community could grow and last.
Since 2006 Strenua has managed football data collection in Scotland: a network of 94 freelance analysts, from Berwick to Brora and Stranraer to Wick, covering around 244 matches a month for broadcasters, clubs and media.
We find people who know the game, are reliable, and live within easy reach of a club or two.
New analysts are trained and quality-checked by our data partner's own training team before they cover a live match.
We allocate every fixture across the network, confirm each analyst, and look after the team week in, week out, so every game is covered.
